"VERTA SCAN" induction scanning and positioning systems are self contained units
manufactured with high quality, heavy duty components and materials for ease of maintenance.
These rugged, economical units range from three to ten feet scan models. Quantik's systems can
process parts for both hardening and tempering in one set-up. "VERTA SCAN" units have
adjustable travel speeds from 0-6 inches per second with multiple adjustable power levels.
    Tooling offset feature is standard. "VERTA
    SCAN" units can be used as a lift/rotate
    device and are robot compatible. Standard
    250 pound lift capacity with an option to 500
    pounds. The control console consists of an
    easy to use programmable CNC type
    controller with part program storage, recall,
    teach and edit mode functions. All operators,
    selector switches and wires are marked and
    numbered for easy identification.
